They’ll never forget how you made them feel! The ‘Wertz’ or ‘Little ‘Cado’ was discovered right here in Encinitas in 1935. Today it’s the favorite for small spaces because it is a true dwarf variety. Little tree but big fruit that is creamy, rich and buttery for the best avocado toast, guacamole, tacos and salads -yum! This is 15 gallon size, usually 4-6 ft tall at planting, self-pollinating and should start reliably cranking out the avos in first or second year.
