My daughter lives in San Diego and has only a small, fenced patio as a "yard." We hope she won't be there forever, so buying a lemon tree that can survive in this small space and eventually (!!) be moved to a larger yard was important. I don't live near CA so it was important to know someone would help her pick out a healthy young potted tree and also teach her to care for it was very important. The staff at the Wishing Tree were perfect. They even sent me photos of the new tree on her terrace!

When we closed escrow our Realtor agent gifted us a tree from the Wishing Tree Company. We received a beautiful gift basket with plant food, gardening gloves, pruning shears and instructions on how to pick out your tree. We selected an orange tree for our patio. Patty arrived at our home with a beautiful orange tree. Patty is so friendly and is full of information. She keeps you up to date on the whole process. This is such a unique gift and we will always remember how we got this tree. I will not hesitate to gift this to someone else. It truly is special!

Our real estate agent bought us a tree as a house warming gift. Unfortunately during the pandemic we found ourselves too busy with other projects and forgot about it. A few years later (and after we had already moved to a new home), Patty honored the gift card and found us a lovely guava tree for our yard. This wasn’t a standard tree she offered, but she went out of her way to find one for us. We’re excited to see it grow over the years!
